Pick 9 tiles from shuffled Vowel and Consonant stacks (minimum 3 vowels and 4 consonants). Form the longest valid dictionary word in 30 seconds. Valid words score 1 point per letter, or 18 points for a 9-letter word! In Versus mode, only the player with the longer word scores (ties both score).
Choose 0 to 4 Large tiles (25, 50, 75, 100); the remainder of the 6 tiles are Small (1–10).
Combine tiles using + − × ÷ to reach a random 3-digit target (101–999). Each tile may be used at most once,
and all intermediate steps must be positive integers. Exact hit = 10 pts, within 5 = 7 pts, within 10 = 5 pts.
Unscramble the 9-letter anagram before the 30-second clock expires. First contestant to buzz freezes the clock and has 5 seconds to answer for 10 points. An incorrect buzz locks that contestant out for the remainder of the round.
